NAPOLEON BGD36CFGN CRYSTALLO DIRECT VENT CLEAN FACE GAS FIREPLACE (ZERO CLEARANCE TOP OR REAR VENT) Napoleon's Direct Vent Gas Fireplaces do not require a chimney and can be vented directly through a wall or roof. The direct vent draws its combustion air from outside while venting to the same outside atmosphere - thereby not consuming warm house air, nor competing with other appliances and furnaces for combustion air. Direct venting also eliminates drafts and heat loss associated with other fireplaces. Unit includes: Electronic ignition gas valve with battery back-up, on/off switch and built-in adjustable flame/heat control, 18" stainless steel flex connector with shut off, dual receptacle junction box, hinged heat resistant glass door, porcelain reflective panels, clean face front with hinged valve compartment access door, exclusive CRYSTALINE ember bed with 4 patented "CRYSTALITES" accenting the ember bed, hardware and firestop.
